After starting his career 1985 as a research engineer at Rhône-Poulenc / Rhodia, he served as R&D Director, then at various positions of senior management, global business development, strategy, innovation. In 2004, he was appointed Director of External Relations & Technology Transfer, in charge of sustainable development, before joining IFP in 2008. Pascal Barthélemy holds a doctorate in physical chemistry from Pierre et Marie Curie University in France. He founded and still chairs Axelera, the Chemistry-Environment competitiveness cluster located in Lyon (France). |
